Jim, If you reread my most recent posts, I never said that I was currently bearish on Vivus (I'm not). I just said that all the negative production news may not yet be out (IMO). Given that possibility, how anxious are you to load up on this stock at this time? Does the large number of current shorts bother you at all? Why haven't they covered yet? How much do you trust Leland? All I'm suggesting is that if you have a large long position, it may be prudent to sit tight and see how thing play out. People contemplating buying the stock may also have a lower entry point if they wait. Given the overall picture (including the pending approval of Viagra late Q1), I'm bullish on Vivus long-term. Management (as I've said numerous times before) is the only thing standing in the way. Bradpalm1
