usatoday.com Motorola mum on chip plant report Motorola and Siemens wouldn't comment on a German government report that they plan a computer-chip making plant in Dresden with an investment of at least $1.6 billion. Such a plant would be Europe's largest semiconductor project and create up to 13,000 jobs.
