Can anyone explain MDT's drop yesterday? I can find no new news. Dennis and Francis, MDT also has an investment in a company called Lifecell (NASDAQ: LIFC) that has been under price pressure recently because of a lawsuit. The company is doing research with funding from MDT on a new heart valve. LIFC's currently markets a product called Alloderm which is skin replacement for burn victims. Stock is selling for $4 5/8, and the two analysts that follow the stock are calling for $14 by year end. Thanks for any information on MDT. John May
