medi-reits: I suspect a big push to repeal Obamacare. I'll guess that will be achieved, but who knows what will replace it, if anything. Hard for me to believe Medicare will be eliminated. Maybe payments adjusted or reduced, but not eliminated. Meanwhile demand (the demographics) is growing. I'll bet that these reit companies survive. OHI down a couple of % today -- I add a little to my seed position.
