| When you think of right wing government (at least in the US) what comes to mind? Free trade, small government, very low domestic spending, big foreign spending (including military, wars, foreign aid, etc). Trump was very short on policy specifics, but when he did mention it, it was the exact opposite of the above. He wants protectionism, no free trade, little foreign involvement, lost of infrastructure spending and make work projects, etc, etc. In content, he is most socialistic GOP candidate I have ever heard. |
