Hi Jim, "pain" is your field, and I know slim to nothing about. We (me) were mislead by regn that their candidate is different that opponent ones (maybe regn did have clin/tox data that make them believe there is fine line between max allowed toxicity and min efficacy), so now they need to leave with it (and prove to Teva that they should continue to invest big $$$ for "smaller" market share, IF at all). I know that you are positive on CARA, but they also need to walk (I think, maybe I am wrong???) fine line with their oral/iv candidate. I surely hope they will bring in fine partner and push candidate into next level. Best, Miljenko
