I think where she is vulnerable, in the event of a Obama pardon, is that his pardon doesn't cover crimes pertaining to State laws.. And since the Clinton Foundation operates in various states, like NY, AR, and elsewhere, his pardon would not cover any crimes committed against the laws of those states. But let's remember something.. Obama wants to take over the leadership of the Democratic party from the Clintons.. And letting them hang in the lurch, might be his best bet.. Until he can make some "negotiations" with them to leave DNC related business strictly to him. Hawk
