I agree that after the reg-s is done, it could be a good opportunity to get some good profits. The only thing is, with these penny stock companies it is hard to tell when they are done. I watched and played a little with SYCR that had/has(?) reg-s and they stated several times that they were going to be retire XX date. That came and went and they were still there, smaller, but still there.
