I thought you wanted to talk 'fundamentals', it appears you only want to slam. __________________________________________________ >>>>Subj: REECE Date: 98-01-02 16:43:58 EST From: XXXXXXXX To: PugsTKO
Pugs,
This is my final one I finally found it. In this one Reece scolds people for selling, keeps hyping the stock until finally even he admits its a scam..........what a piece of work.
Again a lot of people were hurt because of this windbag.
Take Care & Good Luck

The following are on the MCUP Board under Company Research on AOL. These are just a few of the highlights but it makes for a very interesting read. Just a suggestion for any of you that want to do your "DUE DILIGENCE". They start from about a year ago.

ERRRR..... HUMMMMM..... Me thinks Peter K F is suffering a bit of confusion here. We're talking MSU Corporation. :)
BTW, I'm not telling people not to take profits. Nothing wrong with selling half and reclaiming your principle. Let's just not get nervous and throw the baby out with the bath.... My basic point is that the run in the stock has more upward momentum potential given that news of a licensing contract is due out soon. As well as the believable scuttlebutt about them wanting to apply for NASDAQ listing. This provides a level of support which we shouldn't ignore. Don't sell hoping that the stock will go back down to $2. I don't believe it will. It might, (I say might) see $3 briefly, but that is not apparent by the looks of its behavior today.
Also, take a look at SOLV news and I think that you will see some hesitation on the part of manipulative short sellers to try to drive the price down again.

Folks, I don't know how much I can say, in order not to create any problems for my source. I have offered only honest opinions in the past, and offer only honest ones now. I spent 5 hours last night speaking with an individual who is intimately aware of the MSU's technology. Most of that time we spent bouncing new ideas for the Netbox off of each other. My source will soon be monitoring this folder as AOL just became available in the UK. I learned a hell of a lot, and I can tell you that their is some serious brainstorming going on over there that may make this an even bigger play than any of us previous expected. It may not be quite another Netscape, but their are distinct similarities as to possible revenue generation. Remember that at this moment MSU is strictly an R&D company with 75% of it's 12 million shares restricted from trading until Oct, 96.
Believe me, I want to say more, but I need to confer with my source before elaborating. I can say that these people are extremely talented, and their working environment is quite similiar to workaholic mentality of the programmers at Netscape. In fact, I can tell you that they are working through the holiday.
more in the next post.

Am I glad that our newsletter members are quick to inform me what being said!!! I got an e-mail this morning from several members with the text of the post, and immediately forwarded it to Patricial Meding at Forte. I just got off the phone with both her and "Bo" O'Brien who did the original analyst write-up for MSU, and they are both shocked at what was posted. Patricia said that there will be a response available today. She has notified management and ..... well, I let her say her piece before I interject my comments. All I can say is that Go 4 2 better be able to back up what he is saying......

DJVezza,
If you're scooping the 'ol Muse here, then you have inside information, and I would be very careful what you say... :0) I don't know what news would drive the price up that high at this stage. If it hits $18-20, I would hesitate to believe that it would stay there. It would require AWESOME news to do that. But who knows... This stock seems to have a cult following.
I spoke with Charlie McLaughlin today, and he said I should call him back on Monday for a possible update. I read this as something is up, but he doesn't want is posted all over the net, at least not yet. But is shear speculation on my part. Pat and Charlie are extremely cautious about hyping the stock. They prefer to work behind the scenes. And from the look of the price, they have done a fantastic job. Charlie told me they have several institutional investors in the stock which may account for the relative stability and price support. Market Makers have to be careful when the big boys are involved....
Now if they can do the same for there other "Golden Child" Green Oasis (GRNO) which I also own stock in. Check them out, the time to buy is now while the price is low.
Regards, Ron The MSU Muse

Being investigated by the SEC for their involvement in a motorcycle(??) company in which GFT officers held approx 40% of the stock. They were promoting it, basically front-running for their own trading activities.
Where there is smoke there is fire, and MSU will suffer greatly, I predict, for associating itself with the types of individuals that they have. I have personally met Mike Reilly from GFT and needless to say, was "underwhelmed". ( I think someone told me that he used to be a car dealer or something.... :0)
This can only bring attention to trading activities in MSU, which GFT was rumoured to have 250,000 shares of. Where they got them, no one really will say. If true.
Sorry to say it myself, but I tried to warn you that karma would eventually catch up to this company. I am also sad to say that Wyn Holloway failed to take my advice (like he would listen to a measly shareholder) and distance himself from these jokers. I told him this last May when I actually met him in NYC.
Regards,
Ron
He told em in May ---But he was thier cheerleader all summer, possibly till some people could unload----interesting read, like I said. I know this situation been mentioned here before, but the read is worth the time. _ |
