home but I think it is paramount that everyone do the due diligence

But, yes, I do have a clue about DCI Telecommunications (OTC BB:
DCTC).
Today, I has the privilege of speaking with Mr. Joe Murphy, the head
man for=
the
company. It was a pretty interesting conversation, and one I
really=
enjoyed.
First, my personal observations on Mr. Murphy. I found him to be
genuinely concerned about the company and its shareholders. More so
than I expected, as I figured that all Northerners (Yankees) were
sort of
out of sync with what us Southerners think. Quite the contrary. Mr.
Murphy
may be a Yankee, but his thinking
is universal. So why the comments about locales? Well, it appears
that the
company is spreading it wings to another locale, like
overseas=85Italy. =
And,
I cannot say for certain it will stop there. In other words, DCTC
and the
Murphy=92s
are in the process of spreading that TDCI Privilege Card to
international
boundaries. Let
me tell you that we are talking millions of dollars in revenues that
this
TDCI Privilege Card
is going to generate. In fact, imagine if you will, some extremely
vibrant
looking
young ladies at strategic locations selling these Pre-Paid Phone
Cards to=20
international travelers at international airports for instance. In
fact
from what
I understand there are travelers who =93look=94 for these young
ladies just=
to
acquire the Privilege Card.
Now, you say, so what! Well, DCI Telecommunications is going to
share this
technology with us in the good ole USA! I am sure you are aware of
the
Jacob Javits Center that will starts today. Well, in conjunction
with its
joint venture partner Telephonica International, they officially
launch
the TDCI Privilege Card at TeleCard World 96 in New York TODAY
They are promoting, demonstrating, marketing, and informing the
public
on the features of this amazing card as I am writing this. So, I
asked
Mr. Murphy..what makes this card so special? He politely gave me the
following breakdown of the card=92s use:
(1) The customer receives a discount on purchases, and a free gift at
any
privilege
merchant numbering over 200 now as determined by the participating
merchant.
(2) The card also has a prepaid phone feature which allows the holder
to
PLACE LONG DISTANCE CALLS FROM ANYWHERE IN THE
WORLD. UNITED AIRLINES, AS A CORPORATE SPONSOR and=20
as part of a pilot program, is using the Privilege Card
as a promotional item for passengers flying from Italy to the United
States.
OK, so you already know this, right? Well, what you may not know is
that
REAL SOON this card will have more uses..It=92s Not just going to be
a common pre-paid phone card! Seen those commericals where a man is
trying
to buy food and it cost 2.30 in a machine=85and he does not have the
cash=
money=85
BUT, he does have one of those DEBIT CARDS?? Well, guess what? Ole
DCI Telecommunications is going to have =91EM ! They are full
featured debit
cards, which will you with purchasing power capability, AND also
INTERNET ACCESS AND MUCH MORE.=20
The MUCH MORE is coming..I do not know what the MUCH MORE
means, but I suspect it will be announced soon=85
Now, to backtrack a few days, DCI Telecommunications held a=20
meeting. They discussed the company vision for strategic growth,
and=20
the status of various business combinations and joint ventures that
have are
either
into and/or the new ventures they are leaning towards. They also
discussed various financing scripts, and their joint venture with
Franklin
Telecommunications Corporation (OTCBB FTEL) as well as
an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Franklin's FNet subsidiary.
FNET=85hummm=85.the biggie that everyone is waiting for..people
IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN! But, it is not going to happen tomorrow.
They, DCI, are approaching this IPO at the speed of light, and they
are=20
just as much as excited about it as we as shareholders are. Mr.
Murphy
is totally committed in seeing this IPO come to light. He is
working
on this night and day=85and believe me ..he has all his gears
lubricated!
Naturally, he is not going to tell me who the =93players=94 are (i.e.,
=
underwriters,
etc.), but I was assured that they are well known in the financial=
community. =20
I look for some news to come out of this pretty soon=85.
In fact, speaking of news, I was informed by a reliable source, that
the
number of news releases they have equates to the number of fingers
you have
attached to your wrist! Nothing drives the price of stock like=
news,,,,EXCEPT,
that most people, well not all, but many BUY after the news hits as
the=
stock
is going up=85WRONG TIME folks! Get positioned NOW=85do not
continue
to buying when its on its way up=85In fact, I think that DCTC has
based in
this area (2.25 to 2.50). If you BUY now..you will be one of the
smarter
people=85.So, positioning is everything=85.just as =93location=94
is=
everything
in the Real Estate world. I cannot overemphasize this. If you are
already=
=20
a shareholder, then be patient, if you are not..get positioned while
its
quiet. I just checked the activity on DCTC=85buying is coming back=
already..
not much but enough to make it move if it continues=85
I know much of the info provided is nothing new, but I also know the
story
of the Tortoise and the Hare. The Hare thought he was fast and
crafty=85
and he plowed ahead and let dust in the wind=85only to realize later
that
the Hare who kept trotting slowly but surely WON the race=85 The=92
analogy? Well, the Hare represents the patient investors, and the
Tortoise
is the =93flipper=94 in and out guy trying to make a quick dollar=
quickly=85well,
I think the trading aspects of DCTC resembles the story of these
two=
creatures.
You read what the =93whiners=94 say and write on the SI Board=85and
they=
congregate
together..asking the question or telling whoever will listen (or
read
their notes) ..=94How come the stock price flopped since the Dayton
Meeting
=85and on and on=85=94 These are the Tortoises=85the Hares on the
other=
hand
are quietly accumulating the stock on these dips=85and will
eventually be=
the
winners=85hide and watch! The key word =3D PATIENCE. The result of
your
patience is a wallet full of $$$. The Tortoise=92s climb to fortune
is
short lived and he or she will =93Wonder where the GREEN (YELLOW)
went??!!=

I have rambled on enough=85the bottom line is that given time, DCTC
will be=
a
reporting company, on the NASDAQ (in motion already), and will be
picked
up by a well known and credible financial newsletter (also, in the
works). =
I
expressed to Joe Murphy that these are two of his primary goals and
he
unquestionably agreed=85Guys and Gals, he has your interest in mind..
I was
totally convinced of that..just be patient, Be a Hare, subscribe to
the
BBNS, and
IT WILL HAPPEN! =20
One last note, I tried to DIG out some good stuff from Mr. Murphy..
He
declined=85..so the man has some secrets=85and I like management
with=
SECRETS..
that means there is more than AIR blowing in the wind! Or was the
that a=
HARE..
scampering down the road??? As the old song from a few years ago
said..
