While HDTC's price held steady at around 20, RESP had declined over last month. RESP decline in prices may indicate some troubles such as RESP shareholders are not very keen on this merger deal. The merger still needs to pass shareholder vote. This in part may explain why HDTC could never trade much higher than $20.
