Can you imagine today's PC buyer being happy with a $700 PC?
Also, it seems the model may change. My personal experience has been that it makes sense to buy the biggest available drive when buying a new PC or risk very quick obsolesence. How long before all the experts advise buyers to opt for a little bigger drive for the few extra bucks? Maybe the model goes to 15% of final price for a drive, especially with Intel's share declining. Maybe a one platter Bigfoot is the ideal drive for a low cost PC.
