RE- FIT Since the decline it didn't take long for Takeout Rumors. Which is fairly common Takeout talk for a company that just lost a significant portion of it's market cap. IMO rumors are unfounded at this point. I also saw articles how commoditized their product might be. I personally still like the company, but I can wait till after Christmas for consideration. Speaking of commoditized products. . I think CREE looks interesting to me again although I can't make a good case for being a value other than it's pullback.

Currently I think I'd rather possibly adding to MEI/METHODE ELECTRONICS just based on the PE of 16 compared to industry avg. of 19. Plus trailing ROE of 17%. However It's had a poor industry comparison based on post revenue and earnings growth. This IMO tells me there's room for improvement going forward, and maybe some of the reason S & P Capital IQ rates the company at 91% undervalued? Guidance was just recently reduced. However most value investors know what happens when things change for the better before they happen. Unfortunately we also know when they get worse.
