No not those but automobile, steel, certain industrials.

Notice one of Buffet's big buys was an industrial ( Warren Buffett strikes biggest deal with $37.2bn Precision Castparts takeover) but had a moat and was not really impacted by cyclical swings in the economy. Buffet really does not like companies that are impacted by the business cycle. His preference is slow and steady growth.

Graham on the other hand found good values in cyclical companies especially at the trough of a business cycle. That's not to say, he went out looking for deep discounted cyclical companies but he would consider them if the price was right.
