What is one of the more depressing aspects of this whole thing was when Newt Gingrich's responding to the back peddling Trump is making said:" all that was just campaign rhetoric, he didn't mean that".

So in Gingrich's mind and I think the entire Trump hemisphere, it is perfectly okay to lie when you're running for office. That's just the way you win elections.

Thing to watch now, is how the rich consolidate power to roll over the rest of us and especially the poor e.g. they convinced the poor that getting rid of Obamacare was a good thing. But they will just replace it with tax credits people can use to help buy health insurance.

That will really hurt the lower income people. Tax credits will be useless to them, so they will end up with no health insurance.

Do you hear that worker Trump supporters? You are about to lose your health insurance!

I know the people who voted for Trump thought they were draining the Washington swamp. But they did not seem to understand that the rich own the Washington swamp and this election is just going to make the rich richer and the swamp filled with more snakes.

Look at the people he has surrounded himself with already? They are all insiders, but I doubt that the Trump supporters will notice. All Trump is going to do is consolidate his power and give more power to the rich and powerful to control our lives.
