Kit, I don't know much of anything about accounting yet, so I have to ask: Why should Luminart get to count payments that they have not received as revenue? I know accountants like to play record-keeping games, but it seems to me that the auditors are right here - the revenue should count during the quarter/year that it is received. Otherwise, they could default & you would have to take a loss later. I'm glad they have the contract and I will be even happier to have the funds count as they are received. Kevin
