They'd have to ship container loads of engineers and skilled tool-makers from China, too.

We don't have anywhere near enough workers with those skills.

If you were young and unemployed, you might get one of many menial jobs supporting the assembly process, but you wouldn't get a job assembling the phones unless you were a young and unemployed engineer or tool and die maker.
