re: event companies

Market seems convinced at the moment that there's going to be alot of fiscal stimulus coming with the election. I'm not a macro guy, and not informed on what I should expect, but I'm doubtful a big stimulus bill is forthcoming given strong historical opposition to such spending. Especially combining stimulus w/ lower corporate taxes seems like very tough sell to me. But, I guess we'll have to see.

That said, my bank stocks have moved in a very large way, I suppose w/ the expectation of steepening yield curve/expected inflation and less regulation. Again, I wonder: too much too soon?

I've had GBX on my watchlist for a while, but it's another one of those that I have to check in on my recession list.
