'You see, there was a tiny flaw in the plan.'

'What was that, sir?'

'It was bollocks.'

... the above should satisfy the seasonal requirement for political content.

Very well then lads, looks like winter coming, been soggy sopping wet on the wet coast since forever, it's middle of november, tax-loss selling gets into full swing, the later early-birds finishing up and the oops-it's-almost-too-late people just starting ... imho early always always beats late, you get more in proceeds then you have the luxury of time in selecting and placing careful bids ... it's also useful to have a little extra put into accounts about now, i won't have much new this fall and it won't be early, but there will be something by first week december

So, what exactly to do with it ... i'm more into streamers/royalty plays than before, intended as longer term positions, partly because won't be at computer for most market hours in near future, but also because it's easier and works well, you can sit on this stuff and know they're great in the long run

fnv.to - probably have full position now ... overvalued of course, compared to others, but it stays that way, mgmt highly respected

slw.to - only part so far ... wondered if it might fill that gap-up from april

ssl.to - largest position, both common and warrants, will add in proportion with new funds or on going all-in ... should outperform the other two if they can avoid more Colossus type mistakes, it's undervalued by several metrics

Streamers vs. Miners - sound is not working well on this video, could be only high traffic on server due to being fresh -

kitco.com

Still have lots of miners of course ... bto, edv, exn, fr, wdo leading in size ... plus all the old fave explo-developers, in varying amounts - gqc, svb, ktn leading the pack ... one fairly new one is reg.v, also back into rri.v after several years just watching, had quite a few various times way back, it's such high quality but never got proper credit in the market, maybe this time round

glk.v - finally got adds of .065s yesterday in couple accts, turned out i could have bid .06 and connected ... tried for .06s long periods in summer, no cigar ... have some questions regarding where the graphite of these sales will be processed [is Matheson fully up and running?], but plenty of time for that, these people will make it eventually

glh.c - back to .40, what! ... yes that bites having to move out of Marion county, still it can be done, this move is overreaction ... hadn't planned to reload fully, but if it gets cheap enough, hmm ... btw, Marion county is where the marionberry was developed, a rubus cross that is more flavourful than any other blackberry ever ... not thornless, but has more and smaller thorns, less of a problem, the berries are not as large as those of the watery thornless varieties, but worth a little extra work for the outstanding flavour ... plant has extreme vigour, you either keep right up with pruning or you have to hire a bulldozer periodically ... hmm, funny how those apply to stocks as well - pruning, bulldozing, along with adding horse manure and picking the right plants in the first place
