The Intel Strategic Plan, R&D, production resources, and management personnel are all in place for Intel to become the Company of the Century. There is no such thing as a negative surprise. A revenue shortfall is an analysts marketing conceit. It has no meaning as far as Intel destiny is concerned. Earnings pre-announcement?
