>>>"Do you believe in science?"

Believe in? No.

I respect the scientific method of observing, recording and reporting on its findings and I am grateful for the advances that have made modern society what it is.

Belief implies a level of certainty that science can not legitimately claim. Genuine scientists are humble and allow for uncertainty when practicing their occupation.

I've seen you post this rant (or versions of it) repeatedly over the years. Of course I get it and wouldn't want to discourage you from forwarding your core 'belief.' That being said, what does it have to do with the post you are responding to?

>>>The Republican Party doesn't even believe in evolution! Evolution is taught as fact in every major university in the world and is reproduced many times a day in the lab. There is not a bit of theory in it, it is absolute hard-core 100% percent fact.<<<

You've forwarded the claim, now it is on you to provide a source representing the Republican Party's belief to support your claim. Some whacko carry a picket doesn't qualify, your source has to be accepted by the Vast Republican Party as a spokes person for their beliefs. If you can't find such a source you must acknowledge that it is merely your conjecture, one that most republicans reject.

>>>There is not a bit of theory in it, it is absolute hard-core 100% percent fact.<<<

It is actually the theory that most of the observations on adaptation are based. This does not make the findings any less factual. It does not account for origins except in theory and there is quite a bit of theory about things not yet accounted for.
