Jim, Re: Bradpalm1 FLIP-FLOPS. Here is a complete list. For those in this thread who are willing to take Braddy's advice on what to do with Vivus, it behooves them to learn a little about Braddy's thought process or lack off. After having donned my psychiatric hat here ids what my studies have uncovered: Just click on and enjoy. My diagnosis: Delusional Schizophrenia; the guy doesn't know whether he is coming or going. The first post is from Zebra, an extremely sharp-eyed emergency-room Physician, IMHO, who has like wise hit on Braddy's correct diagnosis. Enjoy. (PS I hope Zebra you don't get too many of these in your ER; they are a handful to treat

A budding bull:
"First of all, I'd like to clarify that I've been of champion of Muse Since it was first released on the market earlier this year and Currently prescribe it in my clinical practice. I've openly supported Vivus on the Vivus MF/AOL Board since last March and this can easily be confirmed. I own Vivus, Zonagen and Pfizer and have followed the ED market for the last several years." www3.techstocks.com
A budding bear:
"Why do you continue to disseminate such blatent misinformation? www3.techstocks.com
Now a bull again:
"I'm long on Vivus (for now)," www3.techstocks.com
Now a bear: "From questionable IMS data to suspected fabricated shortages, Vivus simply doesn't add up to much more than an overhyped, overmanipulated stock playing out a predictable short-term spurt. Upcoming roadshow? Try conceptualizing 'sideshow'. www3.techstocks.com
More bear: " Vivus bulls (including me until recently) are blinded by your love for the CONCEPT and continue to ignore the FACT that Muse just isn't very good." www3.techstocks.com
A short term bull:
" I'm still a long-term bear but IMO, the short-term potential for this stock is remarkable. www3.techstocks.com
Bearish coming through:
"My point (speaking as one who got hurt from the fall from 20 to 10) is that this may not be the time to load up on cheap Vivus shares. Another shoe MAY drop soon." Message 3082307
Perhaps a little bear:
"<<I can't forsee any real problems that haven't already been factored in.Ive discussed the companys future with the people who know and their assessments are very positive.>>
Didn't people have the same feelings about this stock back in October?". Message 3082396
A definite? Short? Long? term bull. Definitely not a bear ( this may be an acute phase of the illness since the bear/bull scenarion occurs at the same time ( as opposed to brevious phasesd of the disease when they occured at different times). I am worried.:
If you reread my most recent posts, I never said that I was currently bearish on Vivus (I'm not). www3.techstocks.com
[ In my humble opinion this recent acute exacerbation was presaged On Dec 25 by delirious, cryptic remarks:
"What is grand is necessarily obscure to weak men. That which can be made explicit to the idiot is not worth my care." --- William Blake Message 3041870 ]
Jim, I believe even a lay person like you is beggining to small a rat:
"Brad, You are starting to sound like the "forecast often enough and occasionally you will be right" crowd. I believe that 2 months ago you had flip flopped and were telling us that good news was coming soon about VVUS. Now you are back to your bad news act. Sure conditions change but one has to wonder what you are trying to do with your posts and always sounding like you are on the edge of inside information. Jim" Message 3083176
