As to your first question, I think ross@canada answered it.
I like to add that in the 1996 annual report Dickson is listed as
the Secretary, Senior V.P. of BYG.
Also, when BYG took control of YGC, he was appointed president of
that company.

As to your second question, the answer is: I don't know.
I am not too sure about what is "material change" with regards to
this information, and how much time the company has to report it.

Please note that I said I "heard" this information. Inherent in this
is the possibility that it could contain inaccuracies. Until it is
confirmed in one way or another, it is best to view it as information only, not as facts.

I have no inside track to the company. I am just another shareholder
frustrated about the low share price and the lack of news. But BYG
is not unique in this as we all know.
