Perhaps allow some of your SS money to be invested by the citizen - needs study and debate. But it gets back to D's simply not trusting the people as usual - they always know better what to do with your money - just ax them.

I'm sure they will also get rid of food stamps and welfare to the degree they can.
Not the program, but all illegals on the program for a start.
