(DWEB) Another interesting? competitor/peripheral co. viz a viz SYCR, DTPT...

Dynamic Web Enterprises, Inc. (OTC BB:DWEB) implementing reverse stock split (kiss of [Street] death*) (with only 5.4 mil shs outstanding!?) in preparation of a H J Myers led IPO (Jan 2 98 Yahoo! Internet Top Story) biz.yahoo.com

Price performance/News quote.yahoo.com

A reverse stock-split is generally (always?) the/a kiss of death with the Street. DWEB has to do it as their IPO is priced at $4+ and their stock is trading just above $1...Perhaps SWEBF management should be looking at this and make a move post reverse when the stock drops (in all probability) and pick it up as a virtual asset buy?...if there is anything there other than the $5+ million raised in the pending IPO...
