Elroy the Bundesbank already few years ago wrote me that those actions are illegal but they do not have jurisdiction. CFTC and SEC called me several times and agreed but told me they cannot disclose if they will proceed with litigation or not. I received several letters from the SEC thanking me. If the banks settled out of court I do not know, and there is no legal obligation I should be notified They would not call if it was nonsense - now give it a rest as it is obvious you have no intention to help Thank you
