I have a question regarding the 99 RSI stocks.. as I look at the charts on the 99 RSI stocks I notice many of them to be trading at about the same place for quite some time. An example would be MTIC that has been trading near 13 since early December. This would make me think that now is not the time to buy... but the 99 RSI says buy.. thus my question is, is it better to go after the 99 RSI stocks, or those that are climbing towards 99, say 80-85 or so? Your thoughts are appreciated. Regards, Mike
