John, Early Out They offered us an early package a few years ago, it was a beauty. It hit the papers and everyone went crazy, small state like RI and the news travels fast. We won't see a package like that again EVER, it included state workers that DO NOT contribute to their plan. Teachers contribute 7% each year.
