What scenario with what probability guarantees that?

After Trump nominates the next Justice (hopefully Cruz), the court is more balanced. A younger justice might sway Roberts more. Clarence Thomas may retire soon with Trump and republican house and senate, and that will add one or two generations to the span. Kennedy and Ginsburg will try to hold out, but age and health will determine when. If Trump makes a re-election, and gets 8 years, then it's almost guarantee that one of them will have to go. I'm optimistic.......and much more relaxed than if Hillary would have won.
