it actually is still a good time since interest rates are still low but they are starting to climb... it still makes great sense to invest in infrastructure that benefits everyone, is needed, and boosts the economy... the argument is against the Trumpenomics approach which is a big gift to private interests, which fucks over the taxpayer, and can you imagine how many 'pay for play' situations it opens up when private interests are involved instead of doing it in simpler straightforward fashion
