A wait list? Lol ............. this wasn't a case of demand exceeding supply. It was a matter of needing to do a rights offering in order to cobble together enough funds to do the work required to create a supply to offer.

A demand would have surely seen one of these entities fronting some cash to get that supply.

Nobody came to the table and only a steeply discounted rights offering allowed work to continue.

Wait list ........ ROTFLMAO !
