MSB, I think "most fun" probably sounds better than funest, at least to me, but sometimes I talk to children using made up words that just sound logical, but aren't really. And you spelled "Canasta" correctly!!

The reason I don't like to play board games isn't because I don't like the games. It's because once I had a child, especially, there were just so many things I had to do, and I am addicted to reading--I have to do that at least two hours every day, although three or four is better, so you can see I would be running out of time. However, I would usually rather play a board game with my family than watch tv, which I consider a much bigger waste of time, personally. At least there is interaction. And I don't like the way games make me feel--very competitive and a little combative, sort of the worst part of me.

Did you know that before the advent of television and radio, games were considered a sinful waste of time by a lot of very religious people?

Now that I know you want an old version of Risk, I will keep my eye out for one when I go to garage sales. They aren't rare and valuable or anything, are they?
