The thesis of what I see unfolding is a long devolution toward a similar kleptocracy existing in Russia. Trump will empower the plutocrats to be able to exercise increasing control over us. Wall street is rising because they see Trump and the Republicans getting rid of regulations safe guarding our country which will allow them to rape at will, and lower taxes on the rich, while destroying the social safety net. The rich have been trying to get rid of the social safety net so they could pay less taxes. They don't like paying to help the poor.
