| | | I think there was a great deal of that at work. Months ago, I was telling my liberal friends, "You can dish it out but you can't take it." They're full of sarcasm, kidding, ribbings, and ridicule when talking about Trump (& others). But when Trump gives them sarcasm and ridicule, they freak out and want to know, "Did you hear what that racist, misogynist, xenophobic, homophobic bastard said?!?"
I agree, he is crass and incendiary. Or was during the campaign. But I really do not care at this point. (My wife and I have worked together for 35 years. Our office sounds like a sailor's convention. So, it just doesn't really bother me. Or her.) |
