Larry, thanks for explaining,I now understand what you were saying.
IMO, the bulk of the DD effort should surround the Reg S. This placement could(has killed) the stock price. Hopefully you have seen the bottom and not just a false bottom.
Has anyone spoken to the company lately and tried to fing out what the statis of the Reg S is?TIA..DD
PS:There obviously is no way to determine share value, without knowing how many shares there are,or will be..
