Richard, for the time being, I am afraid that the whole P&E group is down and may stay down. Sure, TGLEF looks cheap, is selling at about book, but what is the upside? If you own it, keep it, but if you do not, I do not think it is better or worse than a number of other in the group. Unless you know of very special development which would cause it to roar, I really cannot tell you it is better than other in the group. Sorry. Zeev
