U.S. Neurosurgical Holdings, Inc. (USNU) - Still in value territory @ $0.25/share
EnSync, Inc. (ESNC) - peeled off 2/3 of my position in October at an avg price of $1.35/share

Had a chance to view USNU's recent 10Q and this one is still a value buy. I have a stink bid to double current position at $0.185/share but do not think it will get there any time soon.

Usually w/ the release of their 10K/Q we get some volume but nada nothing earlier this month. This is typical of these penny stocks and I am in no hurry. They have $0.28/share in cash and Yahoo shows BV at $0.35/share. The company does earn money, is paying down debt w/ no problems and is quite successful w/ their 3 surgery locations (most done w/ JV typically the Hospital). I like their business model and hope they can get another location up and running.

The company is not looking to expand and grow but only in a limited way. This is good as it's all about current facility utilization. The higher the utilization the more profitable they are.

They may/could even benefit from the Trump 'effect' with a lower tax rate in 2018/2019 if/when those get approved. There may even be new legislation for upfront expensing of capital assets that is huge for this company since their leased/pwned equipment is a large component of their cost/expense.

The best thing is they are profitable now and any legislation/tax changes s/d only benefit their bottom line (ie. EPS).

These micro-caps are thinly traded and very difficult to Buy/Sell so be patient w/ your orders. You can not use all or none orders but limit orders are fine. It will be interesting to see if BV and cash position are growing and maybe by this time next year the stock will better reflect it's true value which I target at $0.45/share-$0.55/share.

Keep the value picks coming. You still need to do your due dillegence but I try to have one or two micro cap bets in the portfolio.

FWIW my EnSync, Inc. (ESNC) is making progress w/ their off grid flow storage battery business. Company s/d be growing revenues w/ new projects and most of that now is reported as earnings since R&D expenses are much less. I have sold 2/3 of my position for nice gains (bought in the $0.84/share avg cost and sold around $1.35/share range). I continue to hold 1/3 of that position that may/could see my $2.95/share target price if/when they complete a few of their JV projects. The company has project in Hawaii & the Caribbean. They have a lot of money spent in R&D which is not reflected in their Goodwill and their business model provides them to monitize their completed projects over time (revenue stream) once they are put into service.
