I'm no expert, just a normal user.

I'd go with the All-in-One.

I have an HP All-in-One (not touch screen) as well as a 17" Laptop (Toshiba). The laptop is clunky and heavy (if you're actually using it in your lap) but even on a desk I find the flat keyboard and the mouse section very awkward.

I like a normal keyboard. The All-in-One takes up no space so I'd skip the desktop too.

I'm guessing you're in Canada. Is this a Canadian Best-Buy site? If so, look to see what it comes preloaded with. A couple of years ago I purchased my (then 96 year old) Mom an HP All-in-One like mine. It came with nothing pre-loaded. Nothing! Not even a card game. No email. I got mine from Amazon.com fully loaded and Mom's from Amazon.ca. Huge difference.
