Pugs,

The last I heard, MVPH is disputing the transfer of its shares. And those shares were carried by RMIL as being valued at $14 million while the stock closed at $0.13/share on Friday.

The company hasn't released the current float count officially (which is the only legal binding manner).

And IF is the biggest and most intangible word in the English language.

I think some people have brought up some very pertinent points here relative to money going to RMCW and then being transferred to RMIL. Given that we have strong reason to believe that RMIL has misrepresented it operational status over the past months and is currently under SEC investigation, the question is WHY DOESN'T RMCW find another public shell company, not under investigation, into which to merge??

I don't see you discussing the status of the garment operations and the claims that the company would register $12 million in revenues for 1997 from that business.

If MVPH was such a hot "commodity" why is it's stock trading at $0.13?? And just look at PRTI... 1/128th per share.

Any lower and those shareholders will have to look up to look down.

And well... Pugs. If you guys had only 50,000 more shares left in the float and not in certificate form, do you really think any idiot in the world would be willing to short this company's stock??

We'll see on the 7th of January. Any further discussion is academic until then.

Regards,

Ron
