Is the Yahoo Finance share count correct? I was using that share count when doing some of the calcs from the 10Q. I suspect Yahoo Finance numbers may/could be 3-6 months in the arrears.

I like to see BV increase over time. I also like cash on hand to be positive as it shows positive FCF & no immediate need to issue more debt unless they want to expand operations.

Thank's for the conformation of those numbers.
