Clearly you have a deep understanding of running a what ? Lemonade stand ? Any mid level CEO would know to send a trusted evaluator into every department and have them kick ass and take names then report back. Perhaps that would do the trick with a small % but the bulk of gov employees will know their gig is up. Either way POTUS Elect Trump is a proven leader and is already working and putting people in place. Maybe start taking note instead of parroting Podesta talking points.
