People in general. How can you not know that? We no longer have slaves, segregation and women can vote. Tell me when any time in history people were more intellectually sophisticated or lived better? Jesus Christ, how can you not see the progress in intellectual capability and civilization? Do you think people were living better in the middle ages? << "What history tells us is that the more sophisticated we get intellectually the kinder and more understanding we become. The more we are able to empathize and suppress venal primitive instincts." Could you tell me where history tells us this? How do you define intellectual sophistication? You obviously believe that you have obtained a high degree of intellectual sophistication. I am interested to hear you define it.
