Stak - Re: " make a point! " I've made my point - you are clueless about Intel. They ARE IN THE SOFTWARE business. INTEL's PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE is the vehicle through which Microsoft can provide capable software. Without Intel's advances, Microsoft would have to figure out how to write small, fast software code - a pursuit that they seem to have ignored for the past 16 years. Paul
