Mark, I noticed your comment regarding "Form T" trades. Thank you very much for saying what in the world they were. I'm looking at a different stock (WACC) and noted a Form T trade at the end of the day, at the bid (WACC is currently 1/8 x 5/32). All day Jan. 2 there were only purchases at ask, and I was so happy to see that. Then suddenly at 16:02 in came a Form T trade at bid for 1/3 the day's volume. I'm wondering how foreboding this sale is. Do you have any further thoughts on Form T trades? What would you surmise if the Form T trade was at ask? Are Form T trades usually at bid?
