Ramsey: I think that BOJ will step in when it get closer to 140 or so, not yet. It is more a gut feeling from having obsrved their action s before, they are always late (it must be their "concensus" reaching mechanism that slows them down). We have bounced about thrice against the 130, now we broke through so we should expect a step (135?) rather than a creep, some back filling with a false break under 130 and then in few month 140 (maybe even higher?).
