<No need to worry MQ, the house just passed a no fly zone
for Syria.

OMG, I had better check what you wrote. If true, that's a declaration of war on Syria and Russians who have legal right to fly over Syria at Syria's request. That's not very UN-like.

My fears are probably right that Mr Nobel Peace Prize Obama as commander in chief and his horrific harpies will try to show Putin who is boss before Obama has to give up the reign of power and hand the reins to Big Don who does NOT want to die in a nuclear conflagration.

What happened to CO2 being the biggest problem of our time? I suppose a Third World War to celebrate the end of WWI 100 years ago is timely. It would cut the human population by perhaps 90% as everything stops working and worldwide famine and civil war result. That would certainly reduce CO2 output dramatically.

I explained in 2015 that the Little Friend of All the World canary in the coal mine had died. So far, we are tracking true for Armageddon in 2017 if not before. Armageddon is just down the road from Aleppo, Mosul and Syria in general. Well within range of on-site weaponry.

What a tragically ironic description: << The Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2016 includes ]Assessment of potential effectiveness of and requirements for the establishment of safe zones or a no-fly zone in Syria.

Caesar was a Roman emperor given to extensive military conquest. Protecting civilians is exactly what such a no-fly zone would NOT do as civilians will be the primary recipients of 20 megaton blasts.

Dr Strangelove rides again.

Where did you get that information? I do not see it when asking Google to tell me about it?

Huffington Post has a sensible article about the situation: huffingtonpost.com
