The Markets and the World would probably prefer Romney over Giuliani. I don't think Trump CARES what his fans think of the pick one way or the other cause he always figured they were dumb suckers from the getgo. Right now it's looking like Patraeus will be the pick. There could be some problems with him because he discussed classified info. with his mistress and he'd be the 3rd former General in the the Administration but I still think it will be him. Patraeus is a VERY smart fellow.
