That makes total sense to me as it would explain the sudden shock of not having vaccine for the trials despite months of lead time. They go to the fridge and pull out vaccine and damn its all gone moldy. Happened to me with some sour cream on Monday. So now they are blowing smoke while we wait for manufacture of new vaccine. Oh well I am in now and really at little cost so I am going to sit on it., If it gets much lower I will double my position...like 13 cents or so.
