Law360, Springfield (November 21, 2016, 9:04 PM EST) -- A proposed class of shareholders in a company that makes female sexual health products is suing the company in Illinois federal court over a merger the shareholders say did not get their required approval. Shareholders in Chicago-based female condom manufacturer The Female Health Co. alleged the company merged with New York-based Aspen Park Pharmaceuticals without proper approval from investors.
