yesterday's boyz lunch was super
the venue was an industrial loft w/ commercial kitchen that came w/ the real estate transaction, and since 2010, the real estate had gone 6X in transaction value, and the MTR (subway) will only go live later next year
besides self the other 10 guests included money managers, ex-spy, broker, real estate type, and tycoons
conversation was about what may have happened in 2016, and what can happen in 2017
the serving style was cafeteria
thinly sliced ox tongue and smoked fish
something garnished w/ avocado mush
beef
pasta
fish
also chicken and soup, but i forgot to take pic and lost count of helpings
however i did have two portions of vanilla cream, chocolate and berries
the lunch lasted 3 hours, after which i went home and helped erita w/ her math, skipped dinner, read a few chapters of perry mason, and collapsed into food coma |
